Cranberry Pie
2 Cups fresh cranberries
½ Cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
1 ½ Cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 Cup flour
¾ Cup butter, melted
Better a 10-inch pie plate.
Spread in bottom: cranberries, nuts and ½ cup sugar.
Beat the eggs and 1 Cup sugar and beat well. Add flour and melted butter. Beat well and pour over cranberries. Bake at 325 for 60 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
Tip – The recipe is right, there is NO baking powder
